A small, expressive painting, with varying textures—inspired by the views seasons and weather I experience in and around my local village of Cawthorne, South Yorkshire.

“One summer evening, post-storm, as the dramatic purple sky cracked into blue, the orchard at the back of the house glowed neon-green as the low sun hit the grass. Strange and unnatural against the vegetation and trees, the moody atmosphere made me catch my breath.“
