Workshops - Terms and Conditions
Booking:
- Please complete the booking form on the Workshops page to reserve a place on your chosen dates - I will then contact you with payment details.
- Deposits are 50% of the workshop fee and are required to secure your booking. Your place cannot be guaranteed until you pay the deposit.
- I will contact you 4 weeks before the start of the course for your remaining balance payment.
Cancellations:
If I cancel:
If I have to cancel the workshop for any reason, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a different workshop date (or a re-scheduled workshop, if this is possible). Alternatively, I’ll be happy to refund your payment.
If you cancel:
In the unfortunate situation that you need to cancel your booking, it’s important to let me know as soon as possible so I can arrange for someone to take your place.
If you cancel 4 weeks or more from the workshop date, I’ll refund your deposit, less £50 booking/admin fee.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks away from the workshop start date, I’ll do my best to fill your place on the workshop with someone from my waiting list (or someone you’ve agreed to swap with*), in which case I’ll refund your fee, minus £50 admin. However, if I can’t fill your place at short notice, no refund will be given.
*Please send me their contact details at the time of your cancellation so I can book them in.
All refunds are for workshop fees only. Travel, accommodation, meals or any materials/equipment costs are not part of the booking and will not be reimbursed.
